Marriage Preparation

To begin the process for a marriage at Prince of Peace,

This contact must be made at least six months prior to the date of the wedding.

​No dates or times for the wedding ceremony will be set until after the initial meeting with Deacon Steve and the payment of fees.

Requirements...

At least one of engaged couple must be registered at Prince of Peace for at least 8 months.

Completion of the following items before the wedding will be performed:

• Establishing freedom to marry. (Any prior marriages have been  annulled.)
• Completing all Archdiocesan required paper work.
• Completing a marriage preparation class.
• Completing of a Foccus inventory and meeting with a mentor couple.
• Completing of a Natural Family Planning class.
