  As part of the Mid-School Youth Ministry, youth and activities may be photographed and videotaped. These photos/videos/screenshots may be published in the parish bulletin, newsletter, Instagram page, flyers, and/or website, to include streaming to inform parishioners and promote Prince of Peace Ministries. IMPORTANT NOTE: Names of youth will not be published.

  I grant for my child to participate in these catechetical and youth ministry events that will be carried out. All online communications, class times, chats, etc. will be monitored by at least 2 safe environment certified adult catechists/youth ministers at all times.
  
  I have read this Form and have had the opportunity to consider its terms and understand them.
  
  I further hereby hold harmless, release and forever discharge the Parish of Prince of Peace Catholic Community and the Archdiocese of Santa Fe and its employees, agents, licensees, and legal representatives from, and shall indemnify them against, all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators or any other person(s) acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of my Child’s participation in the program(s) and through my authorization, consent, and release herein. Registration Fee

You can also pay at the Kiosk at the back of the church with a credit card or drop a check off at the Parish Office with the memo reading: EDGE Registration and your child's name.
This helps cover the cost of fees, materials, and supplies for the Retreat.
