Building Usage Forms

Building/Room Usage:

Ministries and organizations of the Prince of Peace parish may request to use the parish facilities, if available.  These facilities are scheduled on a first-come/first-served basis.  Please note:  should Liturgical needs arise requiring the use of the facililties previously scheduled, the ministry or organization may be asked to re-schedule.

Individuals may request to use the facilties at Prince of Peace under very limited basis, such as for a reception after a funeral or major wedding anniversaries.  The requestor must be a Registered Active Parishioner Supporting the Parish, if you don't meet these requirement your request will automatically be declined.  Prince of Peace does not rent out the facilities for non-parish or non-parishioner functions.  Alcohol is not allowed to be consumed in any of the facilities.  In those cases where facility usage is allowed, setup/take down and insurance fees will be required.  For any questions about facility usage, please contact:  Joe Sena, Parish Administrator/Manager,  856-7657.
