Abuse Awareness Sign-Up Form

The Archdiocese of Santa Fe has an active program to protect all children who participate in our Liturgies and the various programs we offered, from abuse.  To ensure that our children are protected, the Archdiocese requires that all staff members and volunteers (18-years old or older) complete an Abuse Awreness workshop before employment or volunteering within the parish where children will be present.

Prince of Peace requires all volunteers to have attended an Archdiocesan workshop.  Prince of Peace is offering a workshop at the parish for those who have not completed this workshop.  Other workshop dates are available through the Archdiocese and may be found at the Archdiocesan website.
 

Please note that a background check will be conducted on each volunteer as part of the process to ensure the safety of our children.
